Both teachers and students have advice about how they stay prepared and remain calm in times of classroom stress. Football Mustangs look to rebound from pre-season loss

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS football played their pre-season contest on Friday, Aug. 19 at home against Riverview. Varsity Mustangs fell short as Riverview took home the victory of 30-7. “I was very happy with the outcome. We made a few mistakes, but overall we’re looking forward to playing this season,” said head coach Michael Koczersut.

LRHS SGA recognizes teacher efforts

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Friday morning Student Government Association (SGA) held a welcome back breakfast for teachers in the school’s mail room. Teachers enjoyed their third treat so far in the school year. 16 dozen doughnuts were handed out along with catering by Bob Evans. “Monday we handed out pens, Tuesday we handed out mugs, and today we handed out breakfast,” said SGA member Tori Boudreau, senior.
